How it Works

Step 1 – Fill out the contact form on the website.

Step 2 – I will contact you for a free phone consultation to discuss the assessment process and learn more about your child or you (if you are an adult).

Step 3 – If we agree that an assessment is the right option then we will set up an appointment.

Step 4  – I will email you Information Gathering forms to be completed. There is a parent and teacher Information Gathering form for school-going students.

Step 5 – You return the completed forms prior to the assessment date.

Step 6 – The assessment takes place.

Step 7 – I provide verbal feedback – this usually takes place via Zoom.

Step 8 – I complete a comprehensive written report and email it to you. The report will be encrypted with a password for security.

Step 9  – You may wish to forward the written report to your child’s school, college or place of work.
